0 of 0 people found the following review helpfulMy CC 100R "Beginner" Banjo arrived in perfect condition. To say I'm thrilled with it would be putting it mildly! This little gem is awesome. For a starter banjo, I'm impressed. It is a beautiful instrument, the sound is awesome, and it just feels sturdy. The assembly and finish were perfect. Took about 20 seconds to check the tuning and was starting my first thumb roll. Like other reviews state, Ross took plenty of time to guide me in the right direction as to which banjo to get, as well as what instructional material to start with. He never acted like he's in a hurry to just sell you something. He actually talked me out of getting a more expensive one to start with, assuring me I would be pleased with the Gold Tone CC 100 R. He was spot one with the choice. Kathy is on top of her game as well, getting other products shipped quickly and packaged to avoid damage. I'll be another long term customer!
