Hi Ross
I received the banjo today (3-3-20) I love it, thank you thank you thank you. For a beginners instrument it feels very comfortable and the neck is fantastic with fast action. I will enjoy learning to play this instrument. As fore sales and service, you and Kathy were great. I will recommend your company to all my musician friends. Excellent job well done.
