I already had one of these on another banjo so I knew how good they were. Just wanted to give a shout out to the folks at Banjo teacher. I had a problem filling out the order. My system put the wrong shipping address in. These folks fixed the problem at 10:30PM, sent me an email conformation that it was fixed at 7:30 Am the next day and by 8:30 it was shipped! That was on a Saturday and I got my item on Monday. You just don't see that kind of service anymore. Thanks folks.
